It’s actually Marcella and thx for a great review. As his cousin, I am very proud of what Michael’s done with the old family home. The food and the guero sours are the best. Definitely a must visit for anyone in Quepos/Manuel Antonio.

One of these days you’ll have to ask my Uncle Skip (aka Walter) for directions to the “Chicken Coop”. Talk about a culinary – and visual – experience. Not usually for “gringos” but a great night out with family and friends.

This is about an Italian owned hotel in Costa Rica. I mention that the chef is from Florence. My guess is that the keywords you used in your seach brought you to this page.

But I am glad you did! We are planning a trip to Italy next year. I will contact you if I need a hotel in Firenze!

Not a secret at all! We live in New Orleans. My wife and I travel as often as we can, usually taking three International trips per year. Most of them are to Central America or Mexico. But we are finally occasionally making it to Europe.
